Thanks a Million (But No Thanks To These Cunts)

View the NFT Artwork on Foundation.

This million-plus pixels of digi-art was created to celebrate reaching a million followers on our Instagram (@browncardigan) this month.

But moreso, this is a tribute to the thousands we left behind on our journey to the mil. Because it's a landmark moment we would've hit far sooner had we not blocked so many @gronks over the years for a whole raft of reasons, including (but not limited to) - content thievery, clogging our inbox with aggressive pitches when we failed to post their terrible submissions and, of course, whatever Fuck Jerry Enterprises was trying to achieve when they created that cringe @beigecardigan account.

Featuring the names of all the accounts we've blocked over the years, this HTML-based artwork was randomly generated on Thursday, May 6th, 2021 at 4:20pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time.)

1100px x 1100px, 36 second loop, mpeg-4 (AAC, H.264)

Created using jQuery, CSS3/Sass and PHP. Recorded with Quicktime screen recorder and massaged into an mp4 via some post-prod Adobe Premiere tweaks. Emojis are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 4.0 International license, and sourced from Wikimedia Commons.
